Hong Kong Michelin Bib Gourmand Awards
Six Hong Kong restaurants received Bib Gourmand awards in the 2026 Michelin guide [https://www.afoodieworld.com/blog/2026/03/12/michelin-bib-gourmand-2026/]. Winners include Fiata, Siaw, Uncle Quek, and Lai’s Kitchen.
The 2026 Bib Gourmand list includes 83 restaurants across Hong Kong and Macau, with 70 in Hong Kong alone. The awards recognize eateries where a high-quality, multi-course meal costs less than HK$400 (US$51). Dragon's Den, a retro Cantonese restaurant in Wong Tai Sin mall, earned a Bib Gourmand for its classic Cantonese dishes and dim sum. Lai's Kitchen, known for its dai pai dong-style cuisine, was recognized for dishes like three-treasure claypot rice. Other winners include Ho Ho Chak, a Chiu Chow restaurant serving specialties from the Chaoshan region, and Fiata, a pizzeria using Italian DOP-certified ingredients. Siaw, a Thai restaurant, and Uncle Quek, featuring Southeast Asian plates, also made the list. The full Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2026 will be revealed on March 19.
