RF-SMART Reaches 2,800 NetSuite WMS Customers

RF-SMART was founded in 1982 by Jorge Morales and has operated as an unfunded, private company based in Jacksonville, Florida. For its first 30 years, the company culture developed organically, focusing on customer service and employee care. The company's relationship with NetSuite began over a decade ago, leading to the development of a purpose-built, "Built-for-NetSuite" application. This native integration means it operates directly on the SuiteCloud platform, avoiding the need for separate servers, databases, or integration maintenance and ensuring real-time data synchronization. The approach has been a key differentiator, allowing for rapid installation and deployment. RF-SMART's core product is a mobile-first, barcode-driven Warehouse Management System (WMS) designed to extend NetSuite's ERP capabilities. It automates warehouse and manufacturing floor processes, from receiving and picking to packing and shipping, with the goal of increasing inventory accuracy to nearly 100% and boosting productivity by up to 40%. The system is designed to scale, serving high-volume, multi-location operations. While NetSuite offers its own native WMS module, RF-SMART is positioned as a more advanced solution for complex operations. It provides features beyond the standard NetSuite offering, such as advanced labor management, license plating, and integrations with robotics and automation systems like Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs). This has made it the most-used third-party WMS provider in the NetSuite ecosystem.
