Aokah Inc. Adds Transformation Leaders to Board
Aokah Inc. has appointed several global transformation experts to its advisory board. The move highlights the high value placed on expertise in business transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale change management at the senior advisory level.
The new advisory board chair, Steve Rudderham, is a veteran of enterprise transformation at major corporations like Carrier, AkzoNobel, Kellogg, and Genpact. His experience lies in shaping global business services across finance, HR, and digital operations. Joining Rudderham is Mark Bretton, a former Managing Director at Accenture and Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services. His background is in shared services, outsourcing, and governance, indicating a focus on operational efficiency and structuring complex enterprise initiatives. Mohit Bhatia, another appointee, previously headed the Maersk Global Service Centres and served as Global CFO at Genpact. This signals Aokah's emphasis on leaders with experience in scaling global finance, commercial, and operations capabilities. Rounding out the announced members is Carla Lapa Pinto, an enterprise transformation advisor with leadership experience at Deloitte, Nestlé, and Adidas. Her specialization in human-centered performance and leadership evolution points to a focus on the people-side of operational change. Aokah itself is an AI-powered platform designed for enterprises that are building or scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and other distributed operations. The platform integrates functions like location intelligence, talent analytics, and program governance into a single operating layer. These appointments of seasoned global operations leaders are intended to strengthen the company's strategic direction and ensure its AI-driven platform is grounded in real-world execution experience. The company has also indicated it plans to appoint two additional leaders to the board in the coming months.
