XBOW said the round was a $120 million Series C led by DFJ Growth and Northzone, with participation from Alkeon, Sofina, Sequoia, Altimeter and NFDG. (xbow.com) (xbow.com) DFJ Growth’s investment carries a board seat: Ramin Sayar, the former Sumo Logic CEO, will join XBOW’s board to help scale operations and the enterprise go‑to‑market. (xbow.com) (xbow.com) Founder Oege de Moor, who launched XBOW in January 2024 after building Semmle and working on GitHub Copilot, is listed as CEO and framed the product as an “autonomous hacker” that operates at machine speed. (xbow.com) (xbow.com) XBOW’s autonomous agent reached the top of HackerOne’s leaderboards during public testing, a milestone report tied to the tool having submitted and validated hundreds of bug reports in bug‑bounty programs. (xbow.com) (xbow.com) The company says its platform models adversarial workflows to continuously test applications, validate exploits and keep false positives low, and it reports deployments at “Fortune 500 and global enterprises” as early customers. (xbow.com) (xbow.com) XBOW has been hiring and expanding internationally: the firm recently named WonLae Lee as general manager for South Korea to lead APAC expansion and said the new funding will accelerate global customer deployments and hiring in 2026.
