Agents ramping up AI

A spring survey found 86% of agents have increased their use of AI and 73% expect a hotter selling season — numbers that pressure tools to be instant and reliable, not gimmicks. That surge is already shaping agent expectations for automation and ROI, according to the industry report reported.
