Chapters Michelin green star to close

Mark and Charmaine McHugo said Chapters, their Michelin Green Star restaurant in Hay-on-Wye, will serve its last dinner on May 16. Michelin’s guide says the restaurant used a no-dig garden and followed a “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” approach across the business.
