Customers can ask coverage questions and receive instant preliminary quotes through a conversational AI interface, streamlining flood protection understanding and purchase. The app builds on Neptune's direct-to-consumer, real-time quoting infrastructure and complements its agent network. Steadily offers landlord insurance quotes via its ChatGPT app, while Jerry.ai provides car insurance help. Jerry.ai's app can also estimate repair costs. These join existing insurance apps from Insurify, Tuio, and Experian, offering assistance with various insurance needs. Tuio, a Spanish insurer, partners with WaniWani to provide home insurance quotes and soon, policy purchases, directly within ChatGPT.
