EDM Friday Features Hardwell Collabs

Electronic music fans are buzzing around "New EDM Friday" releases with festival season hype focusing on tracks from Dom Dolla, Hardwell, Vini Vici, and David Guetta. EDMtree highlighted fresh drops including Hardwell, Vini Vici & Liquid Soul's "Crazy People 2026" and R3HAB & RHODES' "Right Here," sparking playlist updates with 308 views.

Hardwell's collaboration on "Crazy People 2026" is a significant reimagining of the track, now blending acid and psytrance for a main stage audience. Released on his own Revealed Recordings label, the track also features Vini Vici, MR.BLACK, and Liquid Soul. This rework of Liquid Soul's original "Crazy People" has already been incorporated into sets by Hardwell at major events like EDC Mexico and by Vini Vici at Dreamstate in Sydney. Dom Dolla's latest release is a nostalgic nod to his roots, a remix of the 1998 Australian dance classic "Addicted to Bass" by Puretone. Titled "Addicted to Bass (Dom Dolla Relapse)," the track is described as a personal project for the producer, who considers the original the "soundtrack to his childhood." The remix received the blessing of the original creators and was first teased during Dom Dolla's historic stadium performance in Sydney in December 2025. R3HAB's new single with English singer-songwriter RHODES, titled "Right Here," delves into themes of uncertainty and finding stability in the present moment. The track is the second single from R3HAB's forthcoming album, "Dream Inside a Dream…," and features a personal voice note from the producer reflecting on the pursuit of lasting connections. With a catalog that has generated over 13 billion streams, R3HAB continues to evolve his sound, blending emotive pop with dancefloor-ready production. David Guetta kicked off 2026 with a peak-time remix of the viral hit "I Run" by HAVEN and Kaitlin Aragon, a track that had already surpassed 100 million global streams. He also teamed up with Jennifer Lopez for a new dance-pop single, "Save Me Tonight." These releases follow a landmark 2025 where Guetta was named the World's No. 1 DJ by DJ Mag for the fifth time and is set to continue with a Las Vegas residency at Fontainebleau.
