The Yankees-Giants game marks the first time MLB Opening Night will be streamed exclusively on Netflix. First pitch is scheduled for 8:05 p.m. ET on March 25 at Oracle Park in San Francisco. A pregame show will begin at 7 p.m. ET. Netflix's deal with MLB spans three years and includes the Home Run Derby and select special location games. For the 2026 season, Netflix will also stream the T-Mobile Home Run Derby in Philadelphia on July 13 and the Field of Dreams Game between the Phillies and Twins in Dyersville, Iowa, on August 13. Meanwhile, the Chicago Cubs have named Matthew Boyd as their Opening Day starter. The Cubs will face the Washington Nationals at Wrigley Field on March 26. This will be Boyd's third career Opening Day start.
