Paris Michelin shakeup

Paris’s 2026 Michelin roundup added fresh names — Monsieur Dior nabbed its first star less than a year after opening, and Japanese-led Hakuba also earned a star. (us.fashionnetwork.com) Le Clarence climbed to two stars under Andrea Capasso, and Singapore’s Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine scored its first Paris star — the 2026 guide lists 127 Michelin-starred venues in Paris.
