New EDM Fest: Head Trip

The inaugural Head Trip festival will be held at the Empire Polo Club, the same location as Coachella and Stagecoach. Calvin Harris and Skrillex are slated to headline the new festival. Other artists on the lineup include Gesaffelstein, Eric Prydz, and Charlotte de Witte. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 14, with prices ranging from $150 to $250. Goldenvoice, the company behind Coachella, is organizing Head Trip. The festival aims to cater to EDM fans, a demographic that heavily attends Coachella.
