Bloomberg Publishes Spring Paris Restaurant Guide
Bloomberg has published its spring 2026 list of top restaurants in Paris. The guide features a range of dining options, from fashion-forward power dining rooms suitable for business to bistros located in former butcher shops, catering to various tastes and occasions.
The Paris dining scene, a key backdrop for the fashion world, is increasingly a focus for luxury conglomerates. LVMH has been steadily acquiring iconic establishments, including the century-old bistro Chez l'Ami Louis, known for its traditional French cuisine and prestigious clientele. This move signals a deeper investment in the overall luxury lifestyle, extending brand presence from the runway to the restaurant table. One of the city's most talked-about dining rooms is Le Tout-Paris, located on the seventh floor of the LVMH-owned Cheval Blanc hotel. With breathtaking views over the Seine, it offers a modern take on the classic brasserie. The kitchen is overseen by Arnaud Donckele and run by chef William Bequin, serving updated classics in a setting designed by Peter Marino. A magnet for the fashion set, particularly during Fashion Week, is Girafe, situated in the Cité de l'Architecture with a stunning terrace providing a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant, part of the Paris Society group, features a 1930s-inspired interior by architect Joseph Dirand and a seafood-focused menu. It is a prime location for industry sightings and celebratory dinners. In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, La Société remains a perennial favorite for a chic, discreet clientele. Designed by the late Christian Liaigre and owned by the Costes Brothers, the restaurant is known for its modern French menu and interiors adorned with art, including photography by Peter Lindbergh. It attracts a mix of artists, fashion insiders, and celebrities.
