Gucci hosts experimental theatre exhibition in Milan

Gucci is hosting an exhibition at its Milan hub celebrating the work of experimental theatre artists Leo de Berardinis and Perla Peragallo. The initiative demonstrates the brand's continued investment in cultural partnerships beyond fashion. This approach uses curation and spatial storytelling as an extension of its brand narrative.

- The exhibition, titled "Lo Stupore della Materia. Il Teatro di de Berardinis – Peragallo [1967/1979]," was curated by Gianni Manzella and Enrico Pitozzi as a continuation of a project started by former Creative Director Alessandro Michele, who featured the artists' film in his Spring/Summer 2019 fashion show. - Leo de Berardinis and Perla Peragallo were central figures in Italy's 1960s and 70s avant-garde theatre, known for a radical approach that dismantled traditional narratives and championed art as a vehicle for social commentary.
