East Palo Alto approves housing development
The East Palo Alto City Council approved a housing and retail development at 1675 Bay Road, reversing the planning commission's denial due to state law.
The project at 1675 Bay Road, also known as the "Four Corners" site, will include 90 residential units and ground-floor retail space.
