New Ultra-Luxury Wellness Residences in Dubai

Dorchester Collection has launched Ela by Dorchester Collection, a new ultra-luxury development on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The property blends private residences with resort amenities centered on exclusive spa and wellness concepts. The "wellness residences" model includes personal trainers and nutritionists as standard amenities, reflecting a global trend among the elite.

- The project is a collaboration between Dubai-based developer Omniyat, known for its focus on ultra-luxury properties, and the esteemed Dorchester Collection hospitality brand, marking a continued expansion for both in the Middle East. Omniyat's founder, Mahdi Amjad, emphasizes creating unique, detail-oriented developments as an alternative to mass-produced luxury. - The architectural design is led by the world-renowned firm Zaha Hadid Architects, whose philosophy centers on creating fluid, dynamic, and expressive forms that challenge conventional architecture. This approach aims to create buildings that are not just structures but also sources of inspiration and emotional engagement. - Landscape architecture is designed by Vladimir Djurovic, who is recognized for creating serene and poetic environments that prioritize nature. His philosophy focuses on crafting spaces that allow for a reconnection with the natural world, a key element in the "wellness residences" concept. - The wellness facilities span over 2,000 square meters and include 12 private treatment rooms, a snow room, experiential showers, a steam room, a sauna, and multiple vitality pools, indicating a significant investment in comprehensive well-being amenities. - Hyper-personalization is central to the service offering, with residents receiving 24/7 concierge, valet, and doorman services. Bespoke in-residence catering and event planning are also available, reflecting Dorchester Collection's philosophy of providing meticulous and attentive service. - The development consists of only 63 residences, ensuring exclusivity and privacy. These are divided into 3 and 4-bedroom simplex and duplex apartments, as well as three super penthouses, with sizes ranging from approximately 5,200 to 42,900 square feet. - Situated on one of the last remaining private plots on the Eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the location offers residents a 250-meter private beachfront with views of the Arabian Gulf, Burj Al Arab, and the Dubai skyline. - This project follows Omniyat and Dorchester Collection's other successful collaborations in Dubai, such as 'One at Palm Jumeirah' and 'The Lana,' which is home to the first Dior Spa in the UAE and restaurants developed with Michelin-starred chefs, setting a precedent for the level of luxury at Ela.
