- The project is a collaboration between Dubai-based developer Omniyat, known for its focus on ultra-luxury properties, and the esteemed Dorchester Collection hospitality brand, marking a continued expansion for both in the Middle East. Omniyat's founder, Mahdi Amjad, emphasizes creating unique, detail-oriented developments as an alternative to mass-produced luxury. - The architectural design is led by the world-renowned firm Zaha Hadid Architects, whose philosophy centers on creating fluid, dynamic, and expressive forms that challenge conventional architecture. This approach aims to create buildings that are not just structures but also sources of inspiration and emotional engagement. - Landscape architecture is designed by Vladimir Djurovic, who is recognized for creating serene and poetic environments that prioritize nature.
