Fullerton Man Arrested After Fatal Stabbing
A 27-year-old Fullerton man, Francisco Soriano Jr., was arrested in Buena Park in connection with a fatal stabbing. Fullerton police apprehended the suspect on the same night the incident occurred. The motive for the stabbing is currently under investigation.
- The victim was identified as 42-year-old Alen Sabah Odisho of Anaheim. - The incident occurred on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at approximately 8:52 p.m. near the intersection of South Euclid Street and West Baker Avenue in Fullerton. - A witness reported seeing the victim being stabbed and possibly run over by a vehicle. - Francisco Soriano Jr. was apprehended by Buena Park police shortly after the stabbing in connection with a hit-and-run traffic collision in that city. - In addition to a murder charge, Soriano Jr. faces charges of assault with a weapon on a peace officer and leading police on a chase. - The suspect also faces sentencing enhancements for the personal use of a deadly weapon and for allegedly committing a crime while out on bail. - The Fullerton Fire Department responded to the scene, but the victim was pronounced dead after suffering from multiple stab wounds. - Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact Fullerton Police Detective Luis Ramirez at (714) 738-5334.
