The Michelin Guide has added six new Hong Kong restaurants to its 2026 Bib Gourmand list, bringing the total to 70 in the city. The awards, announced ahead of the full Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau ceremony on March 19, recognize eateries offering a three-course meal for under HK$400 (US$51). Dragon's Den, a retro Cantonese restaurant in Wong Tai Sin, is among the new winners, known for reviving classic dishes like baked egg omelette with fish tripe. Fiata, a pizzeria serving Neapolitan pizzas made by Salvatore Fiata from Southern Italy, also earned a spot. Other new Bib Gourmand recipients include Ho Ho Chak, a Chiu Chow restaurant run by three brothers; Lai's Kitchen, which revives Hong Kong's dai pai dong culture; Siaw, a Thai restaurant; and Uncle Quek, offering Southeast Asian cuisine. The full list encompasses 83 establishments across Hong Kong and Macau.
