New Sword Art Online RPG Announced

Players will create their own avatar, customizing appearance, combat style, equipment, and skills. This allows for a personalized experience within the familiar setting of Aincrad. The game emphasizes single-player teamwork through an AI companion system. Players can choose a partner with unique skills and issue real-time tactical commands during battle. Building a relationship with your partner improves their abilities and unlocks synergy mechanics. *Echoes of Aincrad* features real-time combat, requiring players to dodge, parry, and time attacks. Players can adapt their equipment, weapons and skills to favor speed, intelligence, or endurance. The game also includes a "Death Game mode" where a single death deletes the entire save file. Bandai Namco is also producing a special anime, *Unanswered//Butterfly*, as part of the game's launch. This anime will be included in the Ultimate Edition of *Echoes of Aincrad*.
