Complexio Deploys 'Stevie AI' Agent Globally

Complexio has deployed its Stevie AI platform across five global companies. The deployment is being cited as a market validation of the enterprise AI agent concept being applied at scale in commercial environments.

- Complexio is a joint venture founded in 2023 between tanker operator Hafnia and tech company Símbolo, with additional partners including Marfin Management, C Transport Maritime, Trans Sea Transport, and BW Epic Kosan. All five of these maritime shipping companies are the initial deployers of the Stevie AI assistant in live operations. - The core of Stevie AI is Complexio's "Event Knowledge Graph" (EKG), a continuously updated model that maps relationships between people, vessels, voyages, and business events from structured and unstructured data like emails and documents. This allows the AI to understand the operational context of the business rather than applying generic automation. - Complexio recently secured new investment from venture firm Greenbridge, which also holds a board position. This is a strategic partnership as Greenbridge is also an investor in Neo4j, the graph database management system that Complexio uses to visualize company data. - The company's president is Danny Lange, who previously led AI and machine learning at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Uber. The Chief Scientist is Dr. Sean Edmiston. - The Stevie AI platform consists of two main features: 'Chat', which allows users to ask natural language questions and receive structured answers based on organizational data, and 'Signal', which provides proactive daily briefings on issues requiring attention. - In its work with Hafnia over the last two years, Complexio has already identified over 107 million relationships within the ingested data to analyze for optimization opportunities.
