Coachella Weekend 2 adds Kacey

Organizers released Weekend‑2 set times on April 14 and officially added Kacey Musgraves to the lineup for the second weekend ( ). Coverage notes set‑time shifts for returning stars — Sabrina Carpenter starts slightly earlier and Karol G later on Weekend 2 — and DJ Snake is headlining a “Pardon My French” takeover at the Quasar Stage on Saturday, April 18 ( ).

Coachella added Kacey Musgraves to its Weekend 2 lineup on Tuesday, April 14, and released updated set times for the April 17-19 festival in Indio, California. (rollingstone.com) Musgraves is scheduled for Saturday in the Mojave Tent from 3:00 p.m. to 3:50 p.m., marking her first Coachella performance since 2019. (rollingstone.com) Weekend 2 also comes with timing changes for returning headliners. KESQ reported Sabrina Carpenter starts slightly earlier than she did on Weekend 1, while Karol G starts later. (kesq.com) Coachella says both weekends feature the same lineup, art, food and activities, but the festival also says lineup and set times can change without notice. The Tuesday update shows how that promise works in practice after Weekend 1 reveals gaps, guest slots and pacing issues. (coachella.com, kesq.com) The second weekend starts Friday, April 17, and runs through Sunday, April 19, again at the Empire Polo Club. Coachella’s official site lists the 2026 festival dates as April 10-12 and April 17-19. (coachella.com, coachella.com) BrooklynVegan reported Musgraves is taking the 3 p.m. Mojave slot that Jack White played on Weekend 1. That gives Weekend 2 a new marquee name without changing the festival’s overall three-day structure. (brooklynvegan.com) Weekend 2 also keeps Coachella’s separate Quasar programming in place. KESQ reported in January that Quasar would host DJ Snake’s “Pardon My French” on Saturday, April 18, and DJ Snake confirmed the takeover lineup on Wednesday. (kesq.com, ravejungle.com) Coachella’s own festival guide tells fans to use the mobile app for the latest updates, custom schedules and wristband registration. For Weekend 2, that matters because the posted schedule is now the live map for a lineup that changed two days before gates reopen. (coachella.com)
