Beartooth Signs to Fearless Records

Hard-hitting alt-rockers Beartooth have released a powerful new single titled "Free" and announced their signing to Fearless Records. The song, co-written and co-produced by Jordan Fish, marks a fresh chapter for the band and signals continued creative evolution. Fans can expect the track to feature the band's signature blend of aggression and melody.

This move marks Beartooth's departure from Red Bull Records, their label home since their debut EP "Sick" in 2013. The band, fronted by Caleb Shomo, released five full-length albums with Red Bull, including their 2014 debut "Disgusting" and 2023's "The Surface." The signing places Beartooth among a roster of notable alternative and metalcore acts on Fearless Records. They join the ranks of bands like Pierce the Veil, Ice Nine Kills, August Burns Red, and I Prevail, signaling a strategic alignment with a label known for championing the genre. Frontman Caleb Shomo originally started Beartooth as a solo project in 2012 after leaving his previous band, Attack Attack!. He initially wrote and recorded everything himself, using the project as a form of musical therapy before assembling a full live band. Co-writer and co-producer Jordan Fish is the former keyboardist and producer for Bring Me The Horizon, having parted ways with the band in late 2023. Since his departure, Fish has been active as a producer and songwriter, working with bands like Architects, Spiritbox, and House of Protection.
