A new ramen and bao restaurant is scheduled to open in 2026 at the Shops at Farmington Valley in Canton. The new eatery will join the shopping center's existing dining options.

- This will be the third location for the Asian-inspired eatery named Ramen & Bao, which has an existing restaurant in Oxford and another planned for Cheshire. - The menu will feature a blend of Japanese and Taiwanese influences, including ramen bowls with house-made broths, handmade soup dumplings, scallion pancake wraps, and Taiwanese fried chicken. - The restaurant will be located in a courtyard across from Blo Blow Dry Bar at the open-air shopping center on Route 44. - The Shops at Farmington Valley is a 425,000-square-foot retail center owned by Massachusetts-based WS Development. - This new restaurant is part of a larger expansion at the shopping center, which saw the opening of Sweetgreen, Warby Parker, FP Movement, and J.Crew Factory in 2025. - A Shake Shack has also been announced as a future tenant for the shopping complex. - The restaurant will offer both full-service dining and carry-out options.
