This type of high-speed, reliable connectivity is becoming a critical point of differentiation in the luxury rental market.
- According to the 2024 Renter Preferences Survey by the National Multifamily Housing Council and Grace Hill, 90% of renters are either interested in or would not rent an apartment without high-speed internet.
