Dexsport Integrates Chiliz for Decentralized Betting

Decentralized betting platform Dexsport has integrated with Chiliz Chain, a major player in sports fan tokens. To drive engagement, the companies are launching a $50,000 $CHZ airdrop, aiming to bridge the gap between fan tokens, esports, and Web3 wagering.

Chiliz Chain is a Layer-1 blockchain specifically built for the sports and entertainment industry. It powers the fan token ecosystem through its native currency, $CHZ, allowing fans to purchase tokens that grant voting rights on club decisions and access to exclusive rewards. The platform has already attracted a user base of over 2 million wallets. Dexsport, launched in 2022, is a decentralized "GambleFi" platform that operates without requiring personal user information (no-KYC). The platform supports over 40 cryptocurrencies across more than 20 blockchains and offers betting on a wide range of traditional sports, esports, and over 10,000 casino games. The integration allows $CHZ holders to use their tokens directly for betting on sports and esports, expanding the token's utility beyond the traditional fan engagement ecosystem. This move turns passive token holding into a more active form of engagement, connecting the world of sports with decentralized finance (DeFi). The promotional $50,000 airdrop runs from March 2, 2026, to April 1, 2026. Participants must connect their wallets via the Chiliz Chain and place sports or esports bets with $CHZ at minimum odds of 1.3+. A larger betting volume increases a user's rank and potential share of the prize pool. This partnership taps into the growing Web3 sports betting market, which leverages blockchain for transparency and security. Unlike traditional platforms, Web3 sportsbooks use smart contracts to automate payouts and ensure verifiable fairness, removing the need for intermediaries. Chiliz has established partnerships with over 70 major sports teams, including Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, FC Barcelona, and Juventus, creating official digital assets for a global fanbase. The chain's governance is secured by world-class validators such as Animoca Brands, and OKX. Web3 betting platforms are becoming a significant part of the global sports betting market, which was valued at over $83 billion in 2022 and is projected to grow. The shift is driven by the demand for faster transactions, greater user control over funds, and increased privacy.
