Intel reclaims Irish fab stake

Intel and Apollo Global Management signed a deal on April 1, 2026 for Intel to repurchase the 49% equity interest in the joint venture that runs Fab 34 in Leixlip, Ireland, returning the plant to sole Intel ownership.
