HubSpot doubles down on AI

HubSpot is rolling out AI features and partner integrations intended to increase data “stickiness,” making the CRM a more central workflow hub for customer engagement and retention. That stickiness raises switching costs for customers and changes how sellers position add-ons and services. (simplywall.st)

HubSpot announced more than 200 product updates at its INBOUND 2025 event, including the new Data Hub, an expanded set of Breeze Agents, a Breeze Marketplace and Studio, and an AI-powered CPQ for Commerce Hub. (businesswire.com) The company completed its acquisition of conversational-AI startup Frame AI on January 6, 2025, and said the Frame team will be integrated into Breeze to surface conversational signals across HubSpot’s CRM. (ir.hubspot.com) HubSpot’s public product channels list AI features under the Smart CRM banner and the March 2026 Industry Edit shows incremental updates and rollouts targeted at tighter data workflows and portal-specific feature flags. (hubspot.com) Lightfield launched a one-hour automated CRM migration agent on March 25, 2026, marketing “one-hour” migrations from HubSpot as a route to faster customer switching and claiming rapid startup growth since late 2025. (itbusinessnet.com) Market commentary has flagged HubSpot’s exposure to this churn: Simply Wall St. noted recent pressure on HUBS shares, reporting a year-to-date decline of roughly 35.9% and a one-year drop near 58.7% as of its March write-up. (simplywall.st) HubSpot has positioned its Breeze Marketplace to let partners publish and monetize pre-built agents and playbooks while its Data Hub and acquired Frame AI work together to surface new signals for lead scoring, conversation summaries and automated CPQ workflows.
