Pricer to Launch New Retail Platform at EuroShop

Retail technology company Pricer announced it will showcase its new Pricer Avenue™ communications platform at the EuroShop 2026 trade show in Düsseldorf, Germany. The platform is designed to create high-impact experiences at the shelf-edge for retailers. The event runs from February 22 to 26.

- Pricer, a Swedish company founded in 1991, is a major player in the retail tech sector, having sold more than 380 million electronic shelf labels to over 28,000 stores across 80 countries. - The Pricer Avenue™ platform is designed for targeted use in high-impact store areas, such as promotional zones or premium aisles, rather than for a complete floor-wide installation. - A key feature of the new platform is the "Floating Canvas," which allows multiple thin electronic labels to be linked together to create larger, continuous digital displays at the shelf. - The system is battery-free, using a powered rail that reduces environmental waste and can support future IoT devices and AI-driven tools. - Pricer Avenue™ recently completed its first live installation in the United Kingdom with the East of England Co-op. - At the trade show, Pricer will host a discussion on smart stores with leadership from PLUS Retail, a Dutch supermarket chain with approximately 550 locations. - EuroShop is the world's largest trade fair for the retail industry, and the 2026 event in Düsseldorf is expected to feature over 1,800 exhibitors from more than 50 countries. - The broader electronic shelf label market includes major competitors like SES-imagotag and SoluM Co., Ltd. and is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of over 14%.
