Flyadeal adds Milan and Prague routes

- Flyadeal said on May 15 it would add first-time summer 2026 services to Milan and Prague as part of a 12-route seasonal program. - Nearly 900 flights are scheduled between July 1 and September 26, linking five seasonal destinations with Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Qassim. - Tickets are already listed through Flyadeal’s website, app and travel agents, with Prague and Bergamo pages showing summer 2026 fares.

Flyadeal has added Milan and Prague to its summer 2026 schedule, giving the Saudi low-cost carrier first-time seasonal service to both cities. The airline said the program will run from July 1 to September 26, 2026, and will also bring back summer flights to Sarajevo, Trabzon and Sharm El Sheikh. Trade publications Connecting Travel and Travel Daily Media reported the expansion on May 14 and May 15, citing the carrier’s announcement. Flyadeal’s booking site now shows summer 2026 inventory for Prague and Bergamo, the airport serving the Milan market. ### Which airport is Flyadeal using for Milan? Milan in Flyadeal’s announcement means Bergamo Airport, not Milan Malpensa or Milan Linate. Airline industry outlet Airlinergs said the new Italian service will be to Bergamo Airport, and Flyadeal’s own destination page lists “flights to Bergamo” while describing Milan as the destination market. (connectingtravel.com) Bergamo already appears in Flyadeal’s route listings as an origin and destination. The carrier’s site shows Bergamo-Riyadh and Bergamo-Jeddah options, indicating the Milan-area service has been loaded into its reservation system. ### How broad is the summer program around these two new cities? Flyadeal said the summer plan covers 12 seasonal routes across five destinations. (airlinergs.com) Those destinations are Milan, Prague, Sarajevo, Trabzon and Sharm El Sheikh, with service from four Saudi cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Qassim. The schedule is set to include almost 900 flights over 12 weeks. (flyadeal.com) Flights will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft in an all-economy configuration with 186 seats, according to Connecting Travel. ### What did Flyadeal say about the new routes? Lloyd Misquitta, Flyadeal’s acting chief commercial officer, said the carrier wanted to give customers “a truly exceptional choice of destinations” for the coming summer season. (connectingtravel.com) He said the program had been planned with a focus on destinations where travelers could “relax, explore and enjoy a flavour of Europe’s most popular and authentic cultural-centric cities.” Travel Daily Media said the airline framed the additions as part of a wider summer leisure push. The same report said Flyadeal has more than 40 destinations and operates 46 Airbus A320 aircraft. ### Are tickets actually on sale yet? Tickets are on sale now, according to Airlinergs, which said bookings are available through Flyadeal’s mobile app, website and travel agents. (traveldailymedia.com) Travel Daily Media reported the same distribution channels. Flyadeal’s Prague page shows one-way fares from Jeddah starting at SAR849 on Aug. 6, 2026, and from Riyadh starting at SAR1,248 on July 3, 2026. (traveldailymedia.com) Its Bergamo page shows fares from SAR1,089, confirming that the airline has begun displaying the new destinations to customers. ### How does this fit into Flyadeal’s wider growth plan? Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plan remains part of Flyadeal’s public expansion pitch. (airlinergs.com) Travel Daily Media said the airline aims to double its network and fleet by 2030 to more than 100 destinations and more than 100 aircraft, while Connecting Travel reported the same target in broader terms. (flyadeal.com) Since 2017, Flyadeal has been building out both domestic and short-haul international service. Connecting Travel said the carrier recently added Riyadh-Neom service and new routes from Madinah, while also launching Jeddah-Dubai flights and increasing frequencies on Riyadh-Dubai. September 26, 2026, is the scheduled end date for the summer program, and Flyadeal said customers can book the new Milan-area and Prague flights through its app, website and travel agents.
