Trust Stamp Acquires Lexverify and Invests in Cyberfish
Trust Stamp announced the closing of two M&A transactions: the acquisition of Lexverify Ltd and a 50% ownership interest in Cyberfish CyberPsychology Solutions Ltd. Trust Stamp is a global provider of AI-powered trust, identity and security solutions.
Trust Stamp's acquisition strategy focuses on integrating AI-powered solutions for identity verification and security. The company acquired 100% of Lexverify on February 26, 2026, and a 50% stake in Cyberfish on March 9, 2026. Lexverify, founded five years ago by Dr. Cristian Gherhes, specializes in real-time risk prevention for electronic communications using AI. Their AI assistant integrates into platforms like Outlook and Teams, acting as a "spell check" for legal, compliance, and cyber risks. Lexverify's technology helps prevent breaches related to antitrust and bribery, complementing existing monitoring systems. Cyberfish, founded in 2018 by Berta Pappenheim, offers crisis simulations designed by cybersecurity, psychology, and neuroscience experts. Cyberfish's "Resilience Dojo" platform delivers immersive scenarios based on real cyber threats to build team resilience. They have worked with UK government departments and global enterprises, focusing on improving crisis management through realistic exercises. Trust Stamp plans to combine Cyberfish's simulation expertise with Lexverify's LLM capabilities to create customized risk scenario modeling. All three companies are alumni of the UK National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) accelerator, part of British intelligence agency GCHQ. Trust Stamp's President, Andrew Gowasack, envisions the CEOs of Lexverify and Cyberfish playing significant roles in the company's 2026 goals.
