New Wings and Seafood Restaurant to Open in Grayson, GA

The city of Grayson, Georgia, will soon have a new restaurant, Wings & Seafood 102. The establishment will offer a variety of wing and seafood dishes to local residents. The opening adds to the dining options in the community, which promotes itself as a vibrant area with access to Atlanta.

The new restaurant, Wings & Seafood 102, is targeting an early spring opening in the Grayson Village shopping center at 1711 Athens Hwy, Suite 400. Owner Kevin Tran, who also operates LA Seafood in Decatur, is aiming for a March debut, with April as a possibility depending on final approvals. The restaurant will operate a fast-casual model with a focus on takeout, though limited dine-in seating will be available. The menu will feature boiled and steamed seafood options like crawfish, snow crab, and blue crab, alongside oysters and mussels. Non-seafood items will include po' boys, burgers, and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Wings & Seafood 102 will join a growing and affluent community. The population of Grayson has increased by nearly 19% since 2020 and is expected to reach over 5,500 in 2026. The city has a median household income of over $131,000 and a median age of 31. The new eatery is part of a larger trend of new restaurant openings in Grayson. Other upcoming establishments include The Pinecone Pantry and Dante's Pizzeria and Trattoria, both located in the nearby Railyard development. This adds to existing local options which include another wing spot, The Wing Suite, on the same highway.
