Integrity Deploys Microsoft 365 Copilot Workforce-Wide

In a major enterprise adoption move, Integrity, LLC announced a collaboration with Microsoft to provide its entire workforce with a personal AI assistant via Microsoft 365 Copilot. The company stated the goal is to enhance productivity and speed of work across the organization, showcasing a large-scale bet on generative AI for internal operations.

This isn't Integrity's first foray into artificial intelligence; the company previously launched a proprietary, agent-facing tool named "Ask Integrity." This AI-powered assistant is designed to streamline workflows for their network of insurance agents by providing instant, voice-activated access to client details, policy information, and product recommendations. The platform also includes features like automated call summaries and a predictive analytics model to identify clients who might be interested in new coverage options. The deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot represents a significant expansion of this strategy, moving beyond a specialized, agent-centric tool to a general-purpose AI assistant for the entire workforce. While "Ask Integrity" focuses on the specific tasks of selling and servicing insurance, Copilot is aimed at improving internal operational efficiency across all departments. This dual-platform approach suggests a strategy of using custom-built AI for core, revenue-generating activities and leveraging enterprise-scale solutions for universal productivity gains. For roles beyond agents—such as underwriters, claims processors, and financial advisors—Copilot offers a different set of efficiencies. Underwriters can use it to more quickly summarize complex documents and research data to evaluate risk, while claims employees can speed up initial loss reports and settlement summaries. Wealth management teams can use the tool to automate the generation of personalized financial reports and summarize client meetings to improve follow-up. This move aligns with the philosophy of Integrity's Co-Founder and CEO, Bryan W. Adams, who has stated a commitment to investing in technology to make the insurance process "simpler, more efficient, and ultimately more human." By automating routine internal tasks with Copilot, the goal is to free up employees in operations, finance, and administration to focus on higher-value strategic work, mirroring the way "Ask Integrity" empowers agents to focus on client relationships.
