Brand Engagement Network's AI Concierge is seeing its first guest-facing deployment at Seven Visions Resort in Armenia, following an initial partnership announcement in May 2025. This follows internal testing and staff validation. The AI operates in a limited release within select rooms, using QR codes and messaging to connect guests to hotel services like room service, housekeeping, and restaurant bookings. The goal is to gather data on real-time guest interactions to refine service processes and assess the AI's performance before a wider rollout. BEN's CEO Tyler Luck emphasizes that the AI is designed to work within enterprise environments, activating existing systems while preserving the human element of luxury service. Seven Visions Resort has garnered 22 international awards between 2023 and 2025. Virgin Voyages has ramped up its AI agent deployment from 50 to over 1,500 since partnering with Google Cloud in October 2025. These AI agents are used across various departments, including marketing, sales, crew training, and sailor services. One AI agent, "Email Ellie," personalizes marketing outreach. Another is an agent clone of Virgin's CEO. Virgin Voyages is also using AI to assist travel advisors through a partnership with Canva. This provides advisors with an AI-powered platform to automate content creation and streamline communications. The cruise line aims to minimize administrative tasks for advisors and provide smart recommendations for itineraries. Virgin Voyages credits its AI agents for record sales and a 60% reduction in content production time.
