Universal confirms 'Sinners' haunted house will open Aug. 28 for Halloween Horror Nights

Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort said on May 21 that writer-director-producer Ryan Coogler’s film “Sinners” will become an all-new haunted house at Halloween Horror Nights this fall. The attraction is scheduled to open on Friday, Aug. 28, at Universal Orlando Resort and on Thursday, Sept. 3, at Universal Studios Hollywood, according to Universal’s announcement. The company tied the house to the 2025 film’s Mississippi Delta setting and vampire storyline, saying guests will move through Club Juke as characters from the movie and its antagonists appear throughout the experience.
