Grants available for Texas entrepreneurs

Several grant programs are available for Texas small businesses this March, including microgrants for marginalized groups.

The Texas Entrepreneurship Program (TEP) offers grants up to $25,000 to eligible small businesses in Texas. Priority is given to businesses located in economically distressed areas or owned by women, minorities, and veterans. The Economic Development Bank provides low-interest loans and grants to businesses that create jobs in Texas. These funds can be used for a variety of purposes, including working capital, equipment purchases, and real estate. Several other grant programs are available through the state and federal government, as well as private organizations. These grants can help Texas small businesses start, grow, and create jobs.
