Bay Area AI Startups Secure Over $680M
Bay Area AI startups announced a fresh wave of funding, totaling over $680 million. SambaNova raised over $350 million while unveiling a new chip for agentic AI. Other rounds included $100 million for AI accounting platform Basis, $100 million for physical AI platform ZaiNar, $96 million for AI monitoring firm Profound, and $20.5 million for AI monetization company Koah.
