Design Shanghai’s 13th edition runs March 19–22, 2026 at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre, marking a return to the venue where the fair debuted in 2014. (designshanghai.com) Organisers say the event brings together more than 500 brands representing over 20 countries across furniture, lighting, kitchen & bathroom, materials and lifestyle categories. (designshanghai.cn) The programme this year includes the Kohler · Design Shanghai Global Design Conference, a CMF forum and a series of workshops and curated platforms spotlighting emerging designers. (designshanghai.cn) Exhibitor names confirmed for the show range from Glas Italia, BD Barcelona and GUBI to Artemide, LIEBHERR and Villeroy & Boch, alongside Chinese studios and makers such as FNJI and PUSU. (designshanghai.cn) A dedicated materials zone is being presented as a live “materials lab,” with companies including Armstrong Flooring, LX Hausys, Novacolor and Sangetsu showing acoustic, surface and high‑performance surface systems. (designshanghai.cn) Organisers point to last year’s fair attracting roughly 76,000 visitors and describe the 2026 edition as an effort to deepen commercial and creative connections between Asian and global design scenes.
