RedCloud Surpasses 100K Customers, Deploys Agentic AI
Global trade infrastructure company RedCloud (NASDAQ: RCT) announced it has surpassed 100,000 customers for its trade network. The company is now accelerating the deployment of its agentic AI layer across its platform, marking a key milestone in applying AI to global trade logistics.
RedCloud's agentic AI, codenamed "Genesis," is designed to act as a trading co-pilot for businesses in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Developed in partnership with Amazon Web Services and NVIDIA, the technology provides predictive insights and actionable recommendations for pricing, inventory, and sales. The company's platform aims to address a $2 trillion global inventory gap created by fragmented systems and limited real-time intelligence in the $14.6 trillion global FMCG supply chain. By aggregating and analyzing proprietary trading data, RedAI is intended to help businesses make decisions with more confidence and foresight. Prior to its public launch in February 2026, RedCloud initiated an early access program for select FMCG partners to test and validate the AI's decision-making accuracy and operational impact in live trading environments. The platform is already utilized in several high-growth markets, including Argentina, Brazil, Nigeria, and South Africa. The London-based company, which completed its IPO on Nasdaq in March 2025 under the ticker RCT, focuses on digitizing business-to-business trade for consumer supplies. The recent milestone of surpassing 100,000 customers includes a mix of retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. In August 2025, the company reported that its active retailer base had grown by 110% year-over-year to 68,089.
