ZTE Pushes "Full-Stack AI" at MWC
At MWC Barcelona 2026, ZTE is showcasing what it calls "full-stack AI innovations." The company is focusing on the deep integration of AI into connectivity, cloud, home, and personal devices, highlighting eight new breakthrough achievements.
This "full-stack" approach is part of ZTE's broader "All in AI, AI for All" strategy, which aims to evolve core networks from cloud-native to AI-native using large language models and digital twins. The company's presence at MWC takes place at booth 3F30 in Hall 3 of Fira Gran Via. Among the eight innovations is the GigaMIMO, the world's first 6G prototype in the U6G band, featuring over 2000 antenna elements and achieving up to 10 times the capacity of 5G-Advanced. Another breakthrough is the industry's first prototype of a 200G PON, capable of upstream transmission speeds up to 200 Gbps. For data centers, ZTE's Elastic AIDC solution claims to cut construction time by 40% and boost energy efficiency by 25% using advanced cooling techniques. For enterprise clients, the company offers an AI agent called Co-Claw designed to assist with office, R&D, and operational tasks. On the consumer side, ZTE is launching the first Wi-Fi 8 CPE for commercial use, designed to deliver 10G connectivity. The company is also showcasing an AI-powered smart display with "Dual Brains and Dual Screens" and a lineup of AI cloud PCs. New gadgets being unveiled include the TopFlow "Live Streaming Wizard," an integrated device for mobile live streaming, and an "AI Pet" named iMoochi, which uses large models for emotional companionship. The nubia M153 smartphone, featuring the Doubao AI Assistant for cross-app tasks, is also being highlighted. These AI-focused product launches build on ZTE's existing market position. The company has held the top global market share for 5G FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) and MBB (Mobile Broadband) devices for five consecutive years and ships over 100 million smart home units annually.
