Health marketing tech company PulsePoint has integrated with Reddit, allowing advertisers to target healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the platform. The move enables pharmaceutical and health companies to serve ads to doctors and other clinicians based on their subreddit activity and other behaviors.
This new ad targeting capability is part of a larger shift in pharmaceutical marketing toward digital-first, omnichannel engagement. Successful apps leverage this by tailoring content and prompts to individual user data. Integrating with wearables like Apple Watch, Fitbit, and Oura is key to providing these personalized insights.
