Myriad360 Acquires Advizex, Forms $900M AI Firm

Global systems integrator Myriad360 has acquired Advizex Technologies to form a combined $900 million global platform. The new entity will focus on AI activation, enterprise infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurity.
