Faye Acquires Salesforce Partner CRM Science
Software consulting firm Faye has acquired CRM Science, an award-winning Salesforce partner. The acquisition is intended to expand Faye's capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem and bolster its Agentforce AI solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
This marks Faye's 12th strategic acquisition in the last 10 years, highlighting a consistent growth strategy. Under the leadership of CEO David Faye, the company has seen its revenue increase by more than 100% over the last three years and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for nine consecutive years. Philadelphia-based CRM Science, founded in 2011 by Ami Assayag, brings a wealth of specialized expertise to the table. The company is a Salesforce Summit Consulting Partner and has earned five Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards. CRM Science's awards include recognition for their work in the nonprofit sector in 2023, Community Cloud in 2019, Lightning Leadership in 2018, Einstein Analytics in 2017, and for the Connected Ecosystem in 2016. This demonstrates a consistent ability to deliver innovative and successful Salesforce solutions. The firm holds over 135 Salesforce certifications and 28 specializations, underscoring their deep technical knowledge of the platform. Their CEO, Ami Assayag, was selected to serve on the Salesforce Partner Advisory Board, further cementing their influential role within the Salesforce ecosystem. The acquisition is not just about expanding Salesforce capabilities; it's also a strategic move to enhance Faye's AI-powered Agentforce solutions. CRM Science has been an early adopter of Agentforce, focusing on training and certification to deliver advanced AI solutions on the Salesforce platform. All CRM Science team members and clients will be integrated into Faye. This will provide them with access to Faye's global support and broader expertise across other enterprise platforms like SugarCRM, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
