GEA Mechanical Equipment Sued Over Wages

For instance, failure to provide proper meal or rest breaks can result in a penalty of one hour of pay for each day the break was denied. Waiting time penalties can entitle an employee to a full day's pay for up to 30 days if earned wages are not paid promptly upon termination.
