RayNeo Debuts Batman AR Glasses
Augmented reality firm RayNeo has unveiled a special Batman Edition of its new RayNeo Air 4 Pro smart glasses at MWC 2026. The new AR wearables became available for purchase on February 27th.
The special edition glasses are more than just a branding exercise; they come with a detachable lens shade designed to look like Batman's cowl, and a Batman logo on the temple. A "Chaos Edition" is also available, themed after the Joker. The hardware inside, however, is identical to the standard Air 4 Pro model. Under the hood, the Air 4 Pro glasses are the first in their category to support HDR10, offering significantly more vibrant colors—10.7 billion hues compared to the 16.77 million on the previous Air 3s Pro. They feature dual 0.6-inch Micro-OLED displays that project a virtual screen up to 201 inches, with a peak brightness of 1,200 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. Audio is another key upgrade, with a quad-speaker system custom-tuned by Bang & Olufsen, a step up from the dual speakers in earlier models. The glasses also feature a "Whisper Mode" that uses phase-canceling acoustics to reduce sound leakage, allowing for more private listening in public spaces. Incubated by electronics giant TCL, RayNeo is positioning itself as a leader in the consumer AR space, focusing on delivering premium media consumption experiences at a competitive price. The standard Air 4 Pro launched with a $299 price tag, with the limited Batman and Joker editions costing $319, undercutting competitors like Xreal and Viture.
