International Food Expo in Vietnam
Ho Chi Minh City will host Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026 this month, featuring 400 exhibitors from 27 countries [https://en.vietnamplus.vn/intl-food-hospitality-vietnam-2026-to-feature-400-exhibitors-post339051.vnp].
The event, from March 24-26, will be held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC). Informa Markets Vietnam is organizing the 13th edition of the international exhibition, with support from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade. This year introduces HOTELEX Vietnam, an exhibition for hospitality equipment and food services, expanding the range of solutions on display. Exhibitors will showcase food ingredients, beverages, processing technologies, and restaurant and hotel operation solutions. The exhibition will feature 21 international pavilions, including representation from the UK, Canada, Taiwan, Denmark, Republic of Korea, US, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, and China. It's expected to draw around 17,000 visitors, including business owners, executives, investors, and industry experts. A "FHV Premier Connect" program will facilitate business matching, creating connections between buyers and exhibitors. Seminars will feature international experts sharing insights on consumer trends, product innovation, digital transformation, and food safety.
