Construction of the 352-meter-tall Wynn Al Marjan Island tower has reached its highest structural point, with the installation of the spire planned for 2026. The tower, which has 70 floors, is set to become the tallest man-made structure in Ras Al Khaimah. As of December 2025, 79% of the facade installation was complete, and interior fit-outs were underway in 1,504 of the 1,530 guest accommodations. The resort will feature 1,542 hotel rooms, suites, and villas, as well as a 224,000-square-foot casino, anticipated to be one of Wynn's largest gaming spaces. There will be 24 dining venues, a five-star spa, designer boutiques, 12 pools, a private marina, and a 420-meter white-sand beach. Wynn Al Marjan Island is designed to be a luxurious destination wedding resort, with bookings starting in April 2026. Wynn Resorts secured the first commercial gaming license in the UAE for this project in 2024. The resort is a $5.1 billion project developed in collaboration with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding. The Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority aims to attract over 3.5 million visitors by 2030, and Wynn Al Marjan Island is expected to play a key role in achieving this goal.
