This workout concludes the first qualifying stage of the 2026 season. 26.3 is a timed workout consisting of two rounds each of 12 burpees over the bar, 12 cleans, 12 burpees over the bar, and 12 thrusters, with the weight increasing for the cleans and thrusters each round. Women will use 65, 75, and 85 lb, while men will use 95, 115, and 135 lb. Athletes have until March 16th to submit their scores. Strategy tips emphasize pacing during the burpees, efficient cleans, and a well-planned thruster approach. Smooth transitions and breathing control are also key to maximizing performance during the 16-minute time cap.
