Scout is a personalized news briefing application that aggregates and curates content from various sources based on your professional profile, interests, and preferences. We provide daily editions containing news, social media highlights, and additional features like crosswords and comics.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Scout

Acceptable Use

Scout aggregates content from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. All original Scout content, including our curation, design, and features, is protected by intellectual property laws. The Scout name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

Scout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided through Scout.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Scout after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
